Lakengren Waste Management

As a resident of Lakengren, you receive curbside trash pick-up on a weekly basis. Trash Service fees are billed quarterly in June, September, December and March. 

If you would like to receive an additional trash tote, please contact the office.

Large Item Pickup

Large item pick-up day is the 3rd Friday of each month.

Items Accepted:

• Furniture/Appliances/Scrap Metal/Carpet/Mattresses
• Two item max. per pick-up – 75lbs. each item
• All upholstered furniture must be wrapped in plastic.

Contact the office to schedule-Deadline 4:30pm Thursday before pick-up day

Member must be in good standing with all LPOA accounts

Recycling Disposal

The Recycle Containers are located at the Maintenance Area, situated on West Lakengren Drive, between the driving range & disc golf course.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-10:00pm Sat-Sun 1:15pm – 10:00pm

Brush Drop-Off & Yard Waste Guidelines

Drop- Off Location: Silt Basin- Located on Brande Drive

Notice: Area is under 24 hour video surveillance

HOURS OF OPERATION: Daily (weather permitting/daylight) – 10am to 8pm

• Drop off in designated areas only!
  

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED:

Treated lumber of any kind.

Plastic or any other non-biodegradable material.

KEEP IN MIND:

• Observe all posted signage. Failure to comply with policy will result in $500 fine.
• Back up as far as possible when dropping off load. Do not block entryways.
