Lakengren Pool

 Hello! My name is Emily Kelly, and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the new manager of Lakengren pool.  I'm very excited to be part of the amazing lifeguard team here at Lakengren.  My 4 years of previous management experience has prepared me to be efficient with safety protocols, follow state regulation, and to be prepared for inspections. Leadership roles in my past work experiences are what have molded me to be able to thrive working with others to create a positive environment. My main goal is to make sure everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable time at the pool.  And of course we're planning all the fun filled pool events!

 Hey guys! My name is Keirstyn Schmidt, I am so excited to reintroduce myself as this year's assistant manager at the pool! Some of you may know me from previous years, as I've been a lifeguard for three years at our Lakengren pool.  I am so excited to work next to Emily Kelly this year. I hope to have a fantastic season.  My love for kids, and helping people is one of the many reasons I wanted to become a lifeguard.  My goal for this 2024 season is to provide a safe, fun, and relaxing environment for kids, families and the community to enjoy. I want to make the work environment fun for my lifeguarding team as well. Keeping a happy team is the best way to ensure everyone has the best pool experience possible.  Most of all, I can’t wait to see YOU in the water!
