New Member Registration

Moving into Lakengren? 

Please take these steps to complete your membership with the LPOA...

• Contact the LPOA office to notify us of your estimated closing/move in date, so we may begin your membership application process. 
• Complete the corresponding New Member Registration Forms below.
• Obtain documents such as your vehicle and boat registrations, closing settlement or lease agreement. 
• Review the Charges Sheet of fees owed upon purchasing/commencement of lease. 
• Explore the website and check out our calendar, clubs, and policy manual. 
• We ask that you visit our office for a brief in-person orientation. You may bring your completed forms with you, or email them to our office. 

** No Wake-Boats permitted

** Anyone born after January 1, 1982 must submit proof of completed Boaters Safety Course to operate watercraft.
