Boat Slip Rentals

The LPOA maintains public boat slips that are available rent to Property Owners or Tenant Members on a yearly basis. The boat slips are located throughout the community; Sycamore, Bluegill, Bluebird, Norwegian, Baltic, Mermaid, Lakengren and North End Coves. You must have a registered watercraft, and be current with your LPOA billing accounts in order to be eligible for a boat slip. 

Boat Slip rental fee is $250.00 per slip/per year. 

Due to a high demand for boat slips, there is typically a waiting list. Please contact the LPOA office to be placed on the waiting list for a boat slip.
